Christ Episcopal Church means so many things to me, but it’s like a family in some ways. Everybody’s embraced, and everybody’s loved for who they are, and I really respect that. So, I love coming and seeing the people; I love the ritual of Sundays. The pastors here at Christ Church are Father Chip, Father Malcolm, and Father Lin. My husband was looking for a reception area for our wedding, and he came across this on the website, and so he emailed the point of contact for this church, and it was Father Chip who responded, and he said, “Not only can you do your reception here, but I can marry you.” After our wedding, we’ve been coming here. As soon as we walked into Christ Church, we felt very welcome. The parishioners here are fabulous. They were just so warm and welcoming. Father Chip is just a wonderful, warm, engaging human being. For me, Christ Episcopal Church over the past five years has been a place of reflection. Everyone here is kind and welcoming. It’s kind of like a family. I enjoy all the songs and all the kind people who attend this church. Father Chip is a nice, kind person. He likes talking to us and is pretty friendly, and we are actually very close to him. I recommend Christ Church because it’s very welcoming.
