worship at 8:00 am
This service of Holy Eucharist will follow Rite I in the Book of Common Prayer, and will be a quiet, contemplative service without music. All are welcome.
This service will also be livestreamed on our YouTube channel.
Masking is optional for all services and for all indoor events for those who are fully vaccinated. Anyone who wishes to wear a mask as a personal decision based on comfort level will be welcome to do so and we will continue to keep a supply of masks available in the narthex for those who would like to wear them. We request that anyone who is unvaccinated remain masked while attending indoor worship or an indoor event in Campbell Hall.
in recent weeks, we have heard from some in our congregation who just do not feel comfortable attending in-person worship (even if everyone is masked and the windows are open) without knowing that everyone in attendance has been vaccinated. For that reason, we have decided to put in place a proof of vaccination requirement for the 8:00 service. Our hope, as it always is, is that by providing a variety of ways for people to worship, we can meet the spiritual needs of as many people as possible.
Proof of Covid vaccination status can be demonstrated by showing your official vaccination card (or a good photo/scan of the card on your phone) at the door before entering the church. Your vaccine card should show that it has been at least two weeks since your second dose of Pfizer, Moderna, or Novavax vaccine, or two weeks since your first dose of Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
Our ushers will check your card at the door and note your name, so that once you have shown your card, you do not need to show it again the next time you come to church.
We hope that this new requirement will help put you at ease if you have been hesitant to return to in-person services. Thank you for your understanding as we do our best to navigate our ever changing circumstances.
