Christ Episcopal Church is important in our lives because of how we felt that it really supported our family and our marriage in a very positive way, and the warm acceptance — that family feeling — just that sense of belonging and comfort that we feel that we first felt when we came here in the early 1970s. Father Chip is a warm and accepting person. I think he’s really connected with the community in a very significant way — not only our church but the whole Sausalito community, which is really important. It’s again been an important part of our life, and I think it’s really helped to keep our focus in our life in a very positive way, which I really appreciate.
